Lead Frontend Engineer (Dweve Fabric)

Dweve Fabric is our command center where customers interact with our AI. Right now it works, but the frontend code knowledge is concentrated with our CTO who has bigger problems to solve. We need someone to take complete ownership and turn it into something exceptional.

This isn't a simple CRUD app. You'll be building interfaces for complex AI operations, real-time data visualization for thousands of simultaneous queries, monitoring dashboards for distributed systems, debugging tools that show constraint activation patterns. You'll be building UI for problems that most frontend engineers never encounter. How do you visualize a multi-agent reasoning process? How do you make P2P network topology comprehensible? How do you show binary constraint patterns in a way humans can understand?

Key Responsibilities

Own Dweve Fabric completely. The architecture, the performance, the user experience. All yours.
Build interfaces for complex AI operations that make sense to humans.
Implement real-time monitoring and visualization for distributed AI systems.
Create and maintain our design system. Make it consistent, make it beautiful.
Work with backend engineers to design optimal APIs. Bad APIs make bad UIs.
Ensure accessibility. Our software should work for everyone.

Requirements

Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture. You've built complex applications that users actually enjoy using.
Strong focus on performance. You know how to handle large datasets in the browser without everything grinding to a halt.
Fluent in English (Dutch is lovely but optional for exceptional talent).
Deep care about user experience and visual polish. You sweat the small details.
Experience with data visualization libraries and real-time data.
Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
