This Agreement governs your relationship with Dweve B.V., a Dutch deep-tech company advancing artificial intelligence through our proprietary Binary Constraint Discovery Architecture.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, CLICKING "ACCEPT", ACCESSING OUR PLATFORM, DOWNLOADING OUR SOFTWARE, INSTALLING OUR TECHNOLOGY, SUBMITTING ANY FORM, USING ANY SERVICE, OR TAKING ANY ACTION INDICATING ACCEPTANCE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
If you're acting for an organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that organization. If you don't have such authority or don't agree with these terms, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use Dweve.

3. ELIGIBILITY & EUROPEAN SOVEREIGNTY
3.1 The European Requirement
Dweve is exclusively for European Entities. This isn't protectionism, it's principled technological sovereignty. By maintaining European control, we ensure our AI serves European values: privacy, dignity, democracy.
3.2 Verification & Monitoring
We verify your European Entity status at onboarding and continuously throughout our relationship. Change of control to non-European entities triggers immediate termination. No exceptions. Not notifying us of such changes will result in 1 million euro fine per day of the breach.
3.3 The Sovereignty Commitment
Using Dweve means committing to:

5. PROHIBITED USES: OUR RED LINES
These restrictions are non-negotiable. Violation means immediate termination + severe penalties.

Zero tolerance for any military, defense, or intelligence application:

No mass surveillance or social control systems:

5.5 Enforcement & Penalties
Violations trigger:
- Immediate termination without refund
- €1,000,000 base penalty per violation, per day
- 100% revenue disgorgement from prohibited use
- Full legal costs for enforcement
- Public disclosure of violation (where legally permitted)
- Permanent ban from Dweve ecosystem

13. TERMINATION & CONSEQUENCES

You Can Terminate:

- • Force majeure beyond 90 days
We Can Terminate:
- • 30 days notice for curable breach
- • Immediately for prohibited use
- • Loss of European Entity status
- • Insolvency or legal inability

- ✅ Executing an Order Form referencing this Agreement
- ✅ Paying for any Dweve services
- ✅ Contributing to the Dweve Mesh
- ✅ Continuing use after notification of terms
By taking ANY of these actions, you confirm:
- ✅ You've read and understood this entire Agreement
- ✅ You have full legal authority to bind your organization
- ✅ You meet all European Entity requirements
- ✅ You commit to our shared principles and restrictions
- ✅ You accept the penalties for violations
- ✅ You're ready to revolutionize AI responsibly
